Dr. Sven-Arne Reinemo

Sven-Arne has a passion for high performance networking, routing algorithms, and fault-tolerance. He believes in simplicity and he started Fabriscale because he wants to make fabric management easy.

Professor Tor Skeie

Tor has an extensive research background in routing algorithms, topologies and Industrial Ethernet. He started Fabriscale because he believes the time has come to revolutionise fabric management.

Cyrille Verrier

Cyrille Verrier has a B.Sc. in Embedded Software Engineering. For the last decade, he has enjoyed being a software developer to meet different cultures, travel around the world and implement great applications.

Jan-Henrik Parmann

Jan-Henrik Parmann is leading our sales activities in EMEA/APAC. He has experience from Malthus Uniteam where he lead their special projects division. He previously served as Head of business area Projects in Uniteam, working towards the oil & gas, military and renewable energy industries, including management of Uniteam’s companies in China and Poland. Parmann has a MSc in Industrial Economics and Technology Management and the School of Entrepreneurship.

Ståle Bjørnstad

Ståle Bjørnstad comes to Fabriscale from the position as the CEO of Cxense ( and have extensive experience from several financial institutions, such as Handelsbanken Capital Markets. Ståle has also held key roles in DnB NOR Markets and Alfred Berg Norge. Ståle has degrees from Norges Handelshøyskole (NHH), the Norwegian School of Economics, and Johannes Kepler Universität Linz in Austria, in international trade.

Dr. Haakon Bryhni

Haakon has a research background in cluster networks, operating systems and performance evaluation. He joined Fabriscale because he believes in smarter software for interconnecting computers.

Tore Engebretsen

Tore Engebretsen was a Co-Founder of VMETRO ASA and served as its Chief Executive Officer from 1986 to 2003. Prior to this, he was employed at University of Oslo and Norsk Data. He has been the Chairman of Nordic Semiconductor ASA since 2001 and of VMETRO ASA since 2003. He was awarded Chairman of the Year in Norway in 2005 and has a long track record of assisting tech focused startup companies as investor and board member, such as Elliptic Laboratories, Squarehead Technologies, 3d-Radar, Media Network Services, Famweek and Explain. Mr. Engebretsen has his education as Cand. Real. in Theoretical Astrophysics from University of Oslo in 1978.

Ottar Hovind

Ottar Hovind is currently Director of Simula Innovation AS. Hovind has several years of experience from various privately held companies and as a lawyer both in the in the law firm Ræder, and through his own legal practice. He previously served as COO of Simula Research Laboratory. Hovind is a graduate from the Law Faculty at the University of Oslo, and has received a Master of Commercial Law from the London School of Economics.

Nina Bøyum

Nina Bøyum is MSc in Computer Science and CEO in TransPacket. Prior to TransPacket, she was the CTO at Wema System, a company providing sensors to the worldwide Automotive industry. Nina has a very strong track-record from the telecom industry including management and executive positions from Siemens and ADVA Optical Networking. She was a key player building up ADVA both in Europe and China. Nina has been a Non-Executive Board Member in TransPacket since 2011. She is member of the board in 3d-Radar and chairman in Nistro Logica.
